[Scribus] Formatting Text within Paragraphs

If you want to use styles.. set them up.. and you can then select text
within the text frames to change format within a paragraph with the
Properties Palette, OR, dont use styles and the story editor (for
formatting) and just select text within the text frame and change the
options on the Properties Palette.
