Firstly, to show in English, run "scribus -lang en" and it will be in
English.
I thought you meant the margins.. yes, I see the problem now with the
halving there too.

Well, there were changes a long time ago for print preview that take
advantage of the newer ghostscript. Old and new SLA files shouldnt
really look any different AFAIK. Please email me two examples if
possible.

If its not correct it needs fixing, but if in a new file its correct
then thats ok. Once again, a sample please.

Maybe we need to look at this, but basically template guides are applied
to any page that uses that template, and you can move them away from
their place on the template. Will discuss further.
