[Scribus] Discussion: Better image handling in Scribus

Ive only ever seen this kind of issue when using Scale to Frame and
thats because the idea of that is that 0,0 of the image is always at 0,0
of the frame. 

To get the best results, you should really be cutting the image to size
in your favourite image program and setting the correct DPI there, but
of course thats not always the easiest solution.

Its a hard coded limit, we can change that. Just need to set a
reasonable maximum.

Do you know you can double click on the image frame to drag the image
within the frame?

:) its ok.. discussion is encouraged.. but tracking bugs in the list is
a bit hard.
