Thanks for the explanation. I have just compiled, from the bz2 source, the
1.1.7 version on my slow Linux box (P-III, 500 MHz) instead of doing
rpm -Uvh
I prefer to keep separate, what comes down, from the SuSE stuff.
I notice that the load (at least on my fast 3.0 P-IV) box used to be blazing
fast but it is now a bit slower, shall we say, more deliberate (:-). It all
looks very good, though!
