[Scribus] Invalid characters in scribus menus

Carol,

can you install the applesystemfonts and msttcorefonts packages and see 
if this helps? Maybe the x-ghostscriptfonts package, too. I tagged these 
as "recommended", but maybe they really should be required dependencies.
