[Scribus] Proposal for a Scribus site in Brazilian Portuguese

Dear Franz and friends of the Scribus.net website,

I have been asking educational institutions for supporting Scribus,
one school, Faculdades ESEEI, from Curitiba in Paran? state, accepted to host a website for scribus in portuguese.

Actually they have a site for Blender www.blender.com.br if you want to take a look.

How do you feel about this, can we subscribe your news and content ?

Surely we will keep the names and will put copyright notices as needed.

Thanks a lot for all your effort in creating and developing Scribus !
