You can add a source URPMI for scribus: 
 
# urpmi.admedia scribus http://www.edulinux.org/scribus/RPMS/ 
 
In this new release (1.1.6-3mdk) there are many improvements like fixed 
dependecies and pyton plugin now packaged, thanks to Peter Linnell for his 
help. 
 
Some of my friend test it and it seems to work realy well!
