Make sure you have the 1.4 transparency feature turned on in Display and
exporting with the Acro 5.0 (PDF 1.4) setting. I use PNGs with
transparencies a lot and find no issues.

I think this is fixed in CVS.

Fixed in CVS.

Fixed in CVS, AFAIK.
