[Scribus] Scribus Tutorial

Hi Louis,
I can only agree with everything, what you've said about this tutorial.
I'm currently translating the sample publication (FreedomYug) into
Polish, and I'm done, I'm going to use it in the Polish translation of
this great tutorial.
Many thanks to Niyam for this fine piece of work and for it's
educational aspects - Gosh, do I love to find out what all these yugs,
mufts and mukts, samadhis and gyaans mean, let alone "the digital sutra of India" :-)
