[Scribus] CVS and webserver

Hi,

There seems to be all sorts of problems with the box hosting the Scribus
website and CVS server. I have no idea what is wrong which is worrying.
I will be taking that machine offline tomorrow and try to sort all of
the problems out so we can resume sanity.

Sorry about this - machines don't like me today.
