[Scribus] Make error Oct3

Under "import it says"

get text
Append Text
Import Page(s)
Import EPS/PS
Import SVG

Under Scribus Help it says
 "Scribus 1.2.1 CVS
This is Build ID 1 Oct 2004 *-*-T"

still only .txt and .csv for text import!
