[Scribus] PDF/X-3 disabled

Hi,

I am now starting to use scribus for a flyer, I must produce before end
of october.

I am running scribus 1.2.0.final+cvs1.2.1 from 4.10.2004 C-C-T on debian
unstable.

When I try to export a pdf the PDF/X-3 option is disabled. Why?
