[Scribus] For Polish users

Hi,
the Polish Scribus tutorial for beginners (based on the Polish
translation of Niyam's "Get Started with Scribus"
from June 2004) has been upgraded and slightly modified and is  available
now at:

http://linux.hanski.info/static/scribus/scribus_tutorial_pl.html

Modifications in short: moved from OO.org to Docbook, updated  text and
pictures to Scribus 1.2, started a new chapter with hints for Polish
users (please be patient, this is still work in progress:). BTW, it's
GNU FDL (thanks to Niyam).
