[Scribus] new scribalbuma4.pl

This is a modified version of scribalbum.pl -- this one will put 8 
pictures on an A4 page; as before, it takes all the image filenames in a 
directory and makes a Scribus file.

Eight pictures gets a little crowded, so now the filename labels are in 
a lower corner superimposed on the picture. Because of that, they have a 
white background, and because of that they are adjusted in size 
according to the length of the text -- switched to a monospaced font to 
make that easier.

I took a Scribus file made with scribalbuma4.pl (17 pages) and converted 
to PDF -- took a couple of minutes and made a PDF of about 107MB.
