[Scribus] Possible server problem alert

Hi,

This is JUST INCASE.

Currently, Salford (and a couple of other Universities) are having
severe network problems due to an outbreak of 3 viruses which seem to
have caught us unaware.

Though it should not cause a problem, the systems team are currently
experience wide range delays on their core systems. This may impact on
the Scribus site, but hopefully it won't.
