[Scribus] automatic chapter numbers

Hi
I'm new here: I've downloaded scribus yesterday, and my first impression was 
very good. I'm from Germany, Mainz, and i'm 15 years old. Please excuse some 
mistakes.

I have got following question:
It's possible to generate an automatic number for each paragraph with a 
specific style ( e.g. 'title' or 'header')?
And can I create a table of contents automatically?
