[Scribus] Line Spacing per paragraph or per line?

Hi.  I'm pretty new to Scribus... coming to it from Microsoft Publisher 
with only a passing introduction to Quark Xpress (sticker shock!).

I'd like to be able to set the line spacing differently for different 
lines or different paragraphs within a text frame.  This doesn't seem to 
be possible.  Am I missing something ?  I'm running Scribus 1.2 on 
Fedora Core 2.
