[Scribus] line placement under scribus 1.3.0cvs

hi, 

I found it strange under scribus 1.3.0cvs (built today). I draw 2 lines,
one is vertical and the other is horizontal as crop mark. I exported it
to PDF. I opened the exported pdf file, but to my surprise, the 2 lines
changed their place a little which is identical. That is, they are not
exactly horizontal or vertical. Then I saved the .sla file and reopen
it, same problem even within scribus.

I do not have this problem with 1.2.1.
