[Scribus] Fill Characters?

Hey. I'm new to Scribus, and I'm trying to create a table of contents by 
hand.

Now, for this, I want the effect where there is a bunch of fill characters 
between the chapter name and the page it starts on. In Word or OpenOffice, 
I create a tab with fill characters attached to it, and that creates the 
effect. I don't see any way to do this with Scribus's styles, at least in 
1.2.1, which is what I'm using.

Now, if there's another way to do this besides associating a tab with a 
fill character, let me know...
