[Scribus] F12 vs. ISO 14755 (was:Re: Fill Characters?)

Perhaps another reason up until now is the fact that when you type, eg 
Control-Shift-0 on a keyboard, eg here, on swiss french, I get 
Control-Shift-= returned, and at this point it looks difficult to get Qt to 
return a 0 there instead of a =.

Anyone?
