Yes, if you watch the output from configure, you will note that it looks
for lcms.h and something else there as well.

So to get the color management you must reconfigure so it picks up those
files.

Once upon a time, a long time ago, rpm type header files for lcms were
installed in /usr/local/lib and the configure script 'wouldn't find them'
I don't think that is the case now, so I suggest that after you install
the rpms for lcms

1. find where it put the lcms.h file
2. try a new configure and make sure it picks it up
