[Scribus] quotation marks

Hello,

i?m have a question. Is in Scribus a way to set up quotation marks? Or is 
there an script? It?s horrible for me to set up every quotation mark per 
hand. The menu "insert ...dash" is unusable for me, german is quotation 
marks are different then english quotation marks. Also the menu 
"search&replace" don?t works for me. Only "insert glyph" works for me. It?s 
horrible for a long text with interviews etc. 
I?m using Scribus 1.3cvs.
