[Scribus] Preflight check: interesting tool from Markzware

Hi all,

I just read an article on Markzware's FlightCheck Studio 
(http://www.publish.com/article2/0,1895,1841986,00.asp). It has some 
quite useful features, some of which might be interesting for scribus as 
well.

I particularly think about the possibility of implementing "design 
policies" for certain projects, such as use of fonts, page geometry, 
colours etc. Once collaboration features will be implemented, it may be 
worth thinking about extending scribus' preflight check accordingly.
