[Scribus] Documentation for scribus 1.3x features

Hi all,

some of the most exciting features of scribus 1.3x are TOCs/indices and 
inline objects. It is, however, almost impossible to use them without 
appropriate documentation. I have added two items to the "Wanted" 
section on the Wiki. Maybe someone with deeper knowledge can add some 
lines on these topics.

BTW, there are many other new features in need of proper documentation.
