[Scribus] Text Wrapping Around Transparent Objects

Thanks, Craig and Luis.  The level of the objects was the problem.  As soon as I moved the picture to the top--zingo, text wrapped just fine.  I think this would make an advisable caveat for new users, as the seeming inconsistency of the problem would drive them crazy.
