Hi Howard,

Using a 1-button mouse on a Mac, you can access the contextual menu 
with Command-Click.
This will work everywhere a contextual menu exists, mostly on any 
item on the page, including the page itself (for most options of the 
View menu). Plus, have a look at Settings>Keyboard Shortcuts...
