Sure, Scribus comes packaged with SuSE 9.2, do a search for it in 
YaST2>Software module.  Installing through this will take care of all 
dependencies for you.  Version 1.2 is included with the package or you 
can visit here:
ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/update_for_9.2/applications

for the latest stable version.  The 1.2.1 install will require you to 
install python-imaging as well, which is also on your install CDs/DVD. 
Support for SuSE on the purchased Pro package is available for 
installation only.  The best support is available from the SuSE mail 
lists, unless you desire to pay for support from SuSE.  Whichever you 
choose, support is readily available and easy to get.
