When you click on "Facing Pages" you can then adjust inside and 
outside margins.

When set, hit OK and select the text frame in that new page. Import 
your text. You'll see a little square with an X at the bottom right 
of the text frame telling you that there is more text than this frame 
can handle at the given font and typesize set as default in 
Settings>Preferences.

Go to the "Page" menu and select the "Insert" submenu from the list. 
Insert as many pages as you need. They will all be linked to your 
first page and your text will flow.
