If you want to make it similiar to Inkscape and the Gimp, edit scribuswin.cpp so that lines 76 - 79 (or there abouts) reads

        CloseTxt,
        tr("&Cancel"),
        tr("&Save Now"),
        0, 1);

However I think I agree with Mr Pittman and should rather change the order in the other programs instead. Save first seems "logical"
