[Scribus] Website mirrors

Still, the way they're listed in the documentation is confusing. Either 
they should link at least to a page with all downloads or the downloads 
should be linked directly in the documentation. But the way it is now, 
you click on a mirror link and get redicted back to the page you came 
from is a bit confusing.
