[Scribus] Compile error 1.2.1 on Ubuntu

If you've installed the 3.3.3 versions of all of these packages 
and ./configure still says it cannot detect libqt3.3, and apt-get -f install 
does not show any errors, then something might be wrong with the configure 
test.

Please send the output of:
dpkg -L libqt3-mt-dev
dpkg -l libqt3-mt-dev

and most importantly, the file config.log in scribus' source directory. You 
should gzip config.log since it's probably quite large, or even better, put 
it up on some webpage and give us the link so this mailing list is not 
bombarded by large attachments.
