[Scribus] Backup

I'm going to backup my templates, etc before updating to new release. The only 
thing I have not found is where the document styles are stored? Are they 
stored with the documents. I looked in the maillist archieves four the last 
four months but did not see any reference to this information. Also looked in 
the tutorial and online doc. 

Is the a map that shows where the various components of Scribus are installed?
