[Scribus] Scribus and web pages

I have gone thru the tutorial and documentation and see references to PDF 
output for interactive web pages.

Is anyone building their websites using this technique?
What problems will be encountered?

I sampled Amaya, OpenOffice, Trellian, Quanta, others and have not had a good 
experience with portability between these editors or edit capabilities.

What I'm building includes brochures or newsletters and in a perfect world, 
one piece of work would accomplish these and web pages.

Appreciate your comments and guidance.
