[Scribus] RPMs for Mandrake 10.1

The rpms I downloaded import OO just fine (yes, I tested it). Found them at 
http://www.gulus.org/scribus/RPMS/ .

Also, be warned I've never had good luck updating from one Mandrake series to 
the next (i.e. 8.x -> 9.x, 9.x -> 10.x, etc.). Generally it's easier to 
backup my etc and /usr/local directories and reformat all except for var and 
home (both  on their own partitions) than it is to fix all the little 
problems that crop up.
