[Scribus] Compile error 1.2.1 on Ubuntu

Hi David,
Thanks for the help. Now qt-x11-free-3.3.3 is installed.
But Scribus configure still cannot find libqt3-mnt-dev library and it gives
me the same error message as before. So i am back to square one. But this is
a different story.
