It might be that the file I put on the homepage was from one of the attempts to
use "older" postscript to make things work. I did get same problem (default
to A4 page size) with level 3 too.

Before upgrading to 1.2.1 I also had strange errors with page 9 in that file
(ghostscript reported some error).
