[Scribus] Download-Mirror

Hi

I've delegated the domain scribus.at and would like to offer a 
download-mirror.

Is there a site where I can rsync?
I do not want to do anything manually and imagine to rsync once a day.

If there is any need, I can imagine to provide a german spoken form as well.
