[Scribus] Server downtime

Hi,

The webserver which the Scribus website is currently hosted on will need
to go down for a small amount of maintenance sometime in the next 30
minutes. It should only be down for about 15 minutes.

Sorry for any problems this will cause. Anoncvs and the wiki is not
affected by this small downtime.
