Quite.

BTW, Ghostscript.framework *must* be installed in /Library, not 
~/Library.
This is a limitation of Ghostscript because it is not as clever as 
Scribus to find its files when placed at another place.

Move Ghostscript.framework to /Library/Frameworks and all should be ok.
