Correct.
I checked, and obviously Scribus selects the wrong encoding for LMSans.
Fyi, LMSans has 528 glyphs altogether, but only 408 are accessible via 
Unicode.

I'm sure the developers will find a fix for 1.2.2.1 soon to get all 408 
again.
