[Scribus] Finally: heise.de recognises scribus - report on releaseof 1.3

Sometimes I think people are learning German just to be able to read c't 
;) Recently I learned that c't is quite popular among professionals in 
the USA, which is impressive for a magazine published in German. Its 
quality and credibility is outstanding, indeed!

Yes, I read the article in the printed issue, of course. In it, the 
author described scribus as an amateur software that might become 
professional grade one day. But heise never mentioned a major scribus 
release on their news site before, not even 1.0 or 1.2. The fact that 
they did with 1.3, is, IMHO, a good sign. Maybe the author had a look at 
it, did some research on the Wiki (the roadmap) and thought some people 
at Quark and Adobe will lose some sleep, once 1.4 is out ;) It's a good 
sign because we can hope for a full article on 1.4, comparing it to 
Quark and ID. And a full article in c't is useful no matter what it 
says. If they rate scribus good, a *lot* of people will read it and know 
there is a viable alternative, which in turn means more users and more 
feedback/input. In case they still think it's not ready for real life 
production, they will describe exactly why. This will help further 
improvement.
