I agree with you.  Clicking the right mouse-button and selecting
frequently used menu-commands is really a very handy way of getting
things done without the distraction of taking the mouse to the
menu-bar, pulling down the menu and selecting the option - all of this
interferes your thoughts and design ideas that you have in your mind. 
Indeed, lorem-ipsum stuff is really handy for testing different
layouts to see how everything looks.
