Is the "official" 1.3.0 from scribus.org.

Some info:
Suse 9.3 with Qt-3.3.4-23
kernel 2.6.11.4-20a (Suse version..)
Athlon 2800xp (with oc) 1GB RAM, Nvidia 5200fx with Nvidia drivers.
Scribus installed without particolary options, only with --enable-debug 
and --prefix=/opt

Same thing with scribus-1.2.2.1.
