Hi Calum,

I have attached a new SVG. It was created from your *.sxd in StarOffice 
7, Product Update 4. It's not even half the size of the SVG you 
provided. It opens fine (right colours) in Inkscape. Can you try if it 
works for you as well? If not, which version of OO.o are you using? 
Maybe it was bug in OO.o that has already been fixed in 1.1.4 or 1.1.5.
