[Scribus] itemize and tab problem

I understand "line margin" stands for "left margin".
The value here should be positive.
BTW, unless I miss something, this is not related to AquaScribus or
any Scribus version. This is simply how it works. You can precisely
align text under text at the tab stop and not under the number
itself. Works with bullets, or anything you like. Could be set many
many ways. :)
