[Scribus] creating a book

Hi to all,
i want to create some little book, 15-20 pages each...
In each a4 there are 2 pages on front and 2 pages on the back, and the 
paper is in orizontal.
The problem is that impagination is a hard work, and if you edit cutting 
or merging something....
Is possible with scribus to write the text normally and leave the 
program to distribute the pages correctly?

the problem is the same that you have if you want to create a cd-booklet....
