Hi all,

I took the time to run through sourceforge, searching for projects with 
similar purposes as discussed here. Unfortunately there are lots of 
interesting announcements and few projects that already have published 
some work.

But I found at least one which is close to version 1.0 (0.96c) It's 
called RSane Publisher and released under an Apache license. The slogan 
sounds promising: "Authors Do the Writing, Publisher Does the Rest". You

Maybe the database folks can have a look at it.
