[Scribus] Broken color management

Hello.  I'm running Scribus 1.2 on Fedora Core 3 and I need some help 
getting Color Managment turned on.

I have littlecms 1.14 installed (both regular and devel packages), I 
have the profiles directory set correctly, I have both RGB and CMYK ICC 
profiles installed, but I am still not getting the Color Management 
option.  These are the only three things I have found turn up in my 
googling for help, with no luck.  All three of them are right, so what 
is the problem?  What do I try next?

I'd appreciate any help.
