[Scribus] bad drawable message

I get the following message associated with maybe bad fonts i am eager to report on mostly from
hobbes.nmsu.edu
which has uneven qualtiy fonts. "postcrypt" AND "roissy" crash with Signal 11 immediately. Way back when I think these used to work? or I am dreaming?
