Hello Craig and Co

This function:

   isLayerPrintable("layer") -> bool

   Returns whether the layer "layer" is visible or not, a value of True 
   means that the layer "layer" is visible, a value of False means that the 
   layer "layer" is invisible.

It should be named isLayerVisible("layer") 

The explanation indicates it, and also there is another 
function with the same name.
